DJ Avelanche Press Kit

As a DJ for the past 30 years, DJ Avelanche is most notably known for “Breaking New Music and Shakin Things up.” Being a DJ has allowed him to communicate in the universal language of music among all walks of life. His passion transcends through all music genres and styles from mix DJ, to mobile DJ for weddings, corporate events, clubs and radio.

DJ Avelanche has held partnerships as the brand DJ for Scion, Fred Meyer, Skullcandy, adidas, Macy’s and Marc Ecko, along with various sporting events. As a mix DJ, Avelanche was the mixshow DJ for syndicated shows such as Sprint Radio, AT&T U verse, Plum Radio, 1.FM, Party 101.9 and many more. In the Portland and Seattle area he is the street DJ for IHeart Media KUBE, KISS, STAR and Power 93.3 in Seattle, Jam'n 107.5, and Z100 in Portland.

As a producer Avelanche has produced several remixes for major artists, wrote and produced two compilations for a major Production Music Library, served as the supervising producer for two CD compilations, wrote, produced and sang the 2009 adidas NFL Superbowl campaign song "Game Time". Currently he's produced the Theme song "Blacker The Berry for The Red, White, and Black Documentary. January 2020 a new show called Gimme 5, which launch in L.A. with another theme song by DJ Avelanche. 2016 marked the launch of his indie label Bridgecity Muzik and his group Conscious Ave. Additionally he has produced several mixtapes as well. 

In 2020, DJ Avelanche has taken over as the Program Director of a DJ school called the Beat Refinery. In 2023, He will release his next single "ILLD ( I Look Like Diiiiis)" featuring Stylez. Expect more singles, remixes and a couple of EP's to be released this year.
